1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 555e ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 555e website located at https://555e.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment facilities offered thereon.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 555e. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. 555e reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or during the ongoing management of your account. 6 Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 555e may void all account balances, including deposited funds and bonus funds, where such funds are directly connected to the prohibited conduct giving rise to the termination. Where account balances are not connected to prohibited conduct, 555e will use reasonable endeavours to return deposited funds (excluding bonus funds) after deducting any applicable administrative costs.
